Tom Kennedy has sold millions of dollars worth of residential real estate in the Greater Boston area. He was awarded the Emerald Service Award, for top sales performance, two years in a row and his office was a three year recipient of The Quality Service Award-an industry standard of excellence. “ I have always had a hand in real estate, owning and managing  rental properties. I bought my first home when I was 25.”

Mr. Kennedy grew up on a horse and cattle farm in Ohio. His family traveled extensively summering in New England, on the mid- coast of Maine and wintering in the Florida Keys.  “We spent so much time in beautiful places as a child, I really developed an eye for distinctive and unique property even at an early age.”

Prior to moving to Boston, Mr. Kennedy was a Lead Wilderness Instructor for Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, facilitating students decision making capabilities in stressful situations while maintaining their emotional and physical safety. He prides himself on his communication skills in understanding where his clients are coming from and what their goals are for the future.

He splits his time between homes in Boston’s South End and the Ipswich Country Club on the North Shore. This gives him a unique perspective, both personally and professionally, and adds to his knowledge about the in-town and suburban markets. He is a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, MLS and the Listing Information Network. He has earned his Massachusetts Broker’s License and has earned the designation of REALTOR.

He contributes his time and resources to the Essex County Trail Association,  American University in Paris, the French Library of Boston and the Trustees of the Reservation.
